An outdoor tented wedding reception on private land

Mobile kitchen

Any Venue

Some venues come with a commercial kitchen. Others are a beautiful place to gather and nothing else. We are equipped for both, and the food does not change either way.

Which one is your venue?

The answer changes the logistics and the cost. It does not change the menu.

Option one

It has a kitchen

We cook in it. Nothing to add, nothing extra to pay, and every service style is open to you, including plated.

  • Buffet, family style or plated
  • No mobile kitchen fee
  • We coordinate with your venue directly

Option two

It does not

We bring one. A field with no building on it is a venue we can cook at.

  • Buffet or family style
  • Starting at $1,200
  • Water and electricity additional if needed
  • No power or plumbing needed on site

What arrives

A working kitchen, in a field, by lunchtime.

The setup goes up on the morning of your wedding and comes down after the last plate. Between those two moments it is a real kitchen, not a warming station.

We can also serve your guests straight from it, which some couples prefer to a separate buffet line. The elixir bar can run from the same setup.

When it is over

Nothing stays behind.

Remote venues are usually places somebody loves. We put out compost bins for the event, and the compost leaves with us and goes to local farms. Our own waste and recycling leaves with us too.

If you would rather keep the compost for your own land, say so and it is yours.
